A Skyline coach will come to your home to complete personal training sessions. In-home training is perfect for busy people looking to find balance in their lives, or anyone who doesn’t feel comfortable working out in a public gym. Your coach will have all of the equipment you’ll need for your program, but you are welcome to purchase your own gym equipment from our recommended equipment list. Your coach will meet with you virtually via video chat for your training sessions, as well as write and instruct you through a comprehensive exercise program. You will receive a magnetic phone mount to bring with you to your gym so you can set your phone up anywhere with ease for your coach to check form and correct it with cues. Virtual coaching can be paired with In-home coaching which allows you to maintain your program from anywhere in the world.
