What services do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of coaching services ranging from in-home to virtual coaching. We also will host occasional yoga and bootcamps. Locations and times vary, but subscribe to our email list to stay in the know!


How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form to schedule a call—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.


Should I buy my own equipment?

Certain equipment such as proper footwear is required, but your coach will provide all necessary exercise equipment for your sessions together. Many of our clients do purchase their own equipment as it allows them to complete exercise on the days they don’t have their coach.


If I want to buy my own equipment, what should I get?

The fitness equipment you choose is entirely up to you. We have provided a recommended equipment list below for you to pick and choose from.

Recommended Equipment:

  • Fabric Hip Resistance Bands

  • Standard resistance bands(with door ground point)

  • Foam Roller

  • Yoga Mat

  • Basic Dumbbells/Kettlebells(adjustable is even better)

  • Exercise bench/Adjustable Step

  • Gym Membership

Purchasing your own equipment/gym membership is not a requirement, however it is strongly recommended. Clients who purchase their own equipment unlock the ability to exercise on their own, build program adherence, and long term sustainable habits.
